Called to make an appointment for my dog, lady seemed unsure of what she was doing and didnt announce Hollywood Houndz when she answered the phone, she asked if my dog was a yorkie, I said No and then she hung up, if this is how they are running this business now they might as well close for good, because that was plain disrespectful

My dog, Simon, loves to come to Hollywood Houndz for their spa treatments. He especially likes the massages. Hollywood Houndz knows how to pamper my little "star".
