I scheuled an appointment at 4:00pm. called back at 6:00 due to a medical problem I had to reschedule. I resceduled 2 weeks later and I got a bill after that visit for a missed appointment. They waited unitl I came in for the rescheduled appointment to bill me for the first time. No mention of the charge on my rescheduled visit. The staff has changed frequently and no one seems to care. Save your $$$. Adrian does the facials. They are wonderful, but it is not worth the attitude or poor customer service to go there. Also, I have called now three times and requested a manager call me back. No one has contacted me.

the staff are caring and exceptional. the environment was welcoming and warm
