The billing department does not take responsibility or go the extra mile to rectify issues that can only be handled by them. I had to call my insurance company (Cigna) and conference the billing department at the doctors office to correct an issue that was not my responsibility.



A note for the office: All billing issues are not simple (send claim and get paid) - There will be a few that takes more of your time - go the extra mile and do what we pay you to do!
