I just wanted to take the time to give this company a much deserved rave review!!! If it wasn't for this office and their dedicated staff I wouldn't reccomend them to my family and friends!! You guys are extremely accomidating and helpful. I just want to thank you for your years of great service and great vision for me. Keep up the good work!!!!

Very grouchy older lady there. Should have know from talking with her on the phone. Very bad move to hire such an unfriendly person... who is the FACE of your business. In person she doesn't look at you, makes short curt questions, just not friendly at all or even at least quiet and polite. Bad bed side manners. Bad service in general. No communication. Have to say most of the workers there are not very personable or friendly. The yap with each other, have even heard lie blatantly to a customer calling (won't specify there), ignoring you... need I go on?



There was this one woman who was nice and helpful after I was looking around with no assistance trying to pick frames after 20 minutes, but that was the only redeeming worker there. The bad service makes the high expense WITH INSURANCE leave a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be going back there again. Lens Crafters at HVM had excellent customer service and at least I am satisfied paying a lot of money because I am given professional help Not to mention there really isn't a price difference, I'll have to check with my insurance because the billing seems wrong. I have to say even Wal-mart has better service by far, it is just that there frame quality isn't good.

I didn't receive my requested annual eye exam due to poor communication among the "professional" staff. But somehow, I received my contact fitting exam. According to other eye exam professionals I have talked to they go hand in hand. Whether it's a miscommunication with the receptionist or not, the doctor should have payed more attention to customers needs. I also wasn't told beforehand of my appointment that I would be charged a contact fitting fee(Insurance doesn't cover). If I would have known, I would have went somewhere else. I think that it is RIDICULOUS to be charged separately for this especially when I have been wearing contacts for years. I even brought the original prescription box in! I was in and out of the doctors office in ten minutes and I get slapped with paying a dumb fee. I have had the same insurance for years and I have never got charged for this. This place isn't worth anyone's time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
