We are an artisinal food producer located right in the Hudson Valley, making delicious products with the freshest local ingredients! We source as much as we can from local farms, and produce all of our food without the use of any artificial ingredients or flavor enhancers! Here at Pika's, we treasure the riches of the Hudson Valley and work closely with local Hudson Valley farmers. We never use any preservatives, transfats or hydrogenated oils, but instead choose CLEAN ingredients creating the freshest products for our customers! Our line of Belgian traditional foods include old fashioned handmade quiches, lean vegetable tarts, gluten free risotto cakes, aromatic seasonal soups, ready to shape veggie burgers, authentic liège waffles, and delicious dips including nut-free basil pesto! We have over 20 mouth watering soups with a very large vegan and gluten free variety, as well as three different flavors of vegan/ gluten free veggie burgers! Our quiches are made with cage free eggs and farm fresh cheeses. And our award winning Belgian Sugar Waffles were voted Best Waffle in Hudson Valley by Hudson Valley Magazine!
