Professional and fast!! Great communication. Thank you for doing a new gas line from our furnace and submitting a re-pipe bid.

I called Lamont plumbing because my white clothes we're turning yellow green. They arrived the very next morning, and flushed out my hot water heater. It turned out that there was so much buildup in the hot water heater that it literally exploded on the technician.
In addition I had problems with slow flowing drains and poorly flushing toilets. They took care of it all and were most personal and professional.
I have used several local plumbers with poor luck, but I would recommend Lamont to anyone.

The week before Christmas and we heard gurgling coming from the 2 bathrooms. Next there's sewage coming up from the toilets and tubs. Worst yet, the sewage is covering the bathroom floors! We call Lamont Plumbing on a recommendation. Got the Answering service and explained what happened. Within 2 a plumber was here.
It is explained to me that the lines had backed up and the rubber seal around the toilet did it's job and release the pressure. He said then that there was actually no need for him to be there however he said he needed to charge us $135 .
He explained that if the problem happened again within 30 days that there would be no charge and coming back out.
Yesterday, Sunday the week before Christmas, it happened again. We cleaned up the sewage and had to wait until today to call them back.
They were called at 10 o'clock in the morning. We were told that they would come out today. Now I was not able to work today as I had to sit home and wait for the plumber.
By 4 o'clock I called again and got the answering service. She did not know that someone was supposed to come out today but she said she would have somebody call me.
I kind of figured that around 5 PM I would get a call because it would be after hours.
Sure enough I get a call from a plumber who explained to me that for an extra charge he would come out since it is after hours. !!
I explained to him about the warranty that was given to me and he said "I'm not saying you're a Dishonest person but I don't know if you have this warranty or not "!
Now that rather insulted me as we have been customers of them for a while.
So , now no one will be home until Wednesday and with company coming I have two bathrooms that are leaking sewage.
I would be very careful of this company when it comes to getting help if it's warranty work ; they will wait until closing time to call you and will only come out if they can charge you.
