I have been a professional counselor since 2005 working with adolescent and adult clients. My mission is to facilitate hope and work with clients to discover solutions to reach their desired goals. I am trained in the Gottman Method for marriage counseling and EMDR for trauma, depression, anxiety, addictions, and performance enhancement. EMDR is a powerful therapy that facilitates the client's own ability to discover and process through challenging memories that are associated with their specific issues and discomfort. My main interest is to help you find solutions to your individual challenges. I offer an initial consultation at no cost to determine if we can work together to make a positive impact on what you want to achieve. If either you or I determine another counselor will be in your best interest, I will make suggestions as to where you may find the best help.
