Cecil put in toilet that was bigger than the original one, this caused my cabinet door not to be able to open all the way. I did not want it but he said he could fix it so it would work. He loosened the bolts holding the toilet so it would scoot so the door could get passed it. Time passed, found out that my toilet is leaking, probably rotted my floor out and still cannot open cabinet door! Before I differed the leaking problem. I called to made an appointment to replace some facets, he did not show, no phone call... I guess he figured out who I was!!!!

Did not call to reschedule or show up to do work. More detailed review on Yahoo.
