I highly recommend A Competitive. Their 30+ years of experience really came in handy when they were able to discover the origin of a leaky ceiling. In fact they were the only company among many that had the knowledge to get to the root of the problem. Their work was done thoroughly and timely and the workmen were courteous and tidy. A Competitive will be the first company I call for all my future roofing needs.

I needed a estimate for my flat roof. I received three other estimates and decided to go with A Competitive inc because the owner was very thorough when giving us the estimate. He pointed out other issues the other contractors did not notice. The job was completed and we have not had any further leaks. This company is the real deal.

Two major repair jobs successfully quoted, worked and completed. Tuckpointing and roofing repair on an 8 unit condo. Very solid workmanship and competitive prices. Owner onsite during job and ivolved inthe process. Not used to that from many companies. Very impressed!

We first used Lindl's services back in 1986 wen we needed tuck pointing on a 3-flat Victorian building. The caqtch was red brick with black mortar. We called other companies who refuesed to even address the black mortar. We wantedto maintain the original integrity of the building. Lindle agreed to the black mortar despite the added difficulty. He and his crew dida fantastic job. We lter used their services for a new flat roof o that building. ow, just over 20 years later, when we needed tuck pointing on a garage and a two-flat,of course, we called Lindle at Competitive. Once again the job was done in a timely manner with great professionalism. We would not call any one else.

Lindle Moody and his team are, by far, the bestoofers we have ever used. Having owned homes from Philadelphia to Oak Park and now Chicago, we've used numerous roofers over the years. Lindle accomodates your needs regarding appointments to review work needed, writes an estimate within a few buisness days, and provides service within his stated time frames. he has done work for us on 4 occassions and has always provided quality work for the exact proposal amount. He also stands by his work.

your a rare contractor that I feel confident in calling. Twice you came over and gave answers to proublems. You gave quotes but suggested that I hold off on the work. When you did the tuckpointing and installed the new roofing I was suprised by the small problems that developed and were fixed at no additional charge. Reasonable rates with high quality professional wrk. I just wish you could do all the work in my building.

A Compettive Inc. did a fabuloous job on my buisding. they totally solved a lak problem that the previous roofers tried to fix by comng back again and again to put on more gooey stuff. They're great gus! I highly rcommend them. Fel free to call my office at 73-525-3296 if you'd like to know more!
