CLOSED NOW - Opens at 10:00am

We arrived at 4:15 pm. I asked about the 2 for 1 hamburgers and the waitress said it didn't start until 4:30. So we ordered and appetizer which was very good and gave her our order. And we waited and waited. Finally I tracked down our waitress Nicole and she explained she forgot to put our order in. Our check shows it came out at 5:07 but we did not receive our food until 5:12 because by then we were watching the clock as we where meeting friends at 5:30. Our food was cold but we ate it anyhow and left. She said she was sorry but I would have thought a manager would have came over and explained the problem but no. So I say the food is good but service not so good.

Also I had stopped in on Dec 31 to see is if they were going to be open on Jan 1 was told yes and they would have the 2 for1 hamburgers. I showed up with a party of 8 and they were closed. Did the wait staff not know they were closed??
