Provided by YP.comFriday night I noticed a leaky valve. I called Craig Plumbing and talked to the answereing service who got me in touch with their technician who told me he cou7ld fix it Saturday.
He said he would be there between 1 and 2 Saturday. He never showed and never called. By the time I called to check on him it was 3 and he had already gone home and forgot about me.
I called another plumber who came out within the hour and fixed the problem in 15 minutes.
We have no record of an andrew ever calling us for service on a Friday evening. We have records of every call received and follow up with a phone call to verify the customer is happy. We feel this review is erroneous.
