Provided by YP.com0 stars for this office, March1 my brother and I stopped in to make a appointment for epidural injections for my severe back pain. Iadvised im from out of state but brought along all my bach history from the hospital on a CD (I get these shots every 4 months) I was flat out refused this service the reason the CD mat have a virus, need to start over she said.
