Our 2007 Tahoe developed a transmission issue after a 400-mile tow from San Diego to Big Bear to Needles for a family boating vacation. We needed to have it looked at before towing the boat home three days later. We contacted OnStar to run a diagnostic and they connected us with Bradley Chevrolet. We made the half-hour drive down to Havasu, where they were waiting for us. They understood we needed to get whatever was wrong fixed in the next couple days so we could get home. Six hours and $37 later, the problem was fixed. They could have dragged it out, milked us for a bunch of repairs and treated us horribly . . . we had no other options and weren't in a position to be choosy. They did just the opposite. We are so impressed!! It's unlikely we will ever return to Bradley because they're 300 miles away in another state, BUT we will do whatever we can to toot their horn and steer business their way. Awesome, awesome, awesome service. I wish they could service our GM's full-time.

These guys are about as good as it gets! The staff is very polite and always ready to help. I bought my 2007 Chevy Malibu there and have had it serviced with them as well. They are very efficient and I usually have a coupon so it is less. Face it not too many people like car salespeople, but everyone has got to earn a living.
