I had called a few days ago to begin prearrangements for a loved one, and spoke with a female director there. She was quite abrupt over the phone, so I told her I would call her back when we made a final decision on a funeral home. As I hung up, I heard her cuss and insult me. Not the kind of place I want my loved one's final service arranged at- horrible horrible service!
