This business deserves a zero. This store gave me a raincheck for a hair color when i bought 2, and that was all they had in that color, and i paid for all three. ( was informed I didn't need my receipt because they keep the rainchecks on file in store).

The next month, I went to get my hair color, and was told "it hadnt come in yet."

so, I asked for another color as I couldnt wait for that shade to come in, I needed to do my roots!.The manager asked for my receipt, I told her i didn't keep it because I was told the rain check on file was all they needed when i bought the product.

The manger refused to subsitute another color and was very rude to me.

So, i walk next door to Target and buy hair color there.

Anpothe rmonth goes by, I go to Sally to obtain my hair color from my raincheck again.Still the exact color isn't in (after 2 months?), and again the manager wouldnt subsitute another color. I told her I needed to color my roots, and obviously that color was discontinued or so badly out of stock who knows when it would come in, if ever, that I would take a different color.this time she raised her voict to me, insulted me for even asking them to honor their store raincheck, told me i couldnt have another color. Again asked for the reciept i didnt have which I was told i wouldnt need.

I left that sore feeling like a dog with it's tail between its legs after being scolded for doing something awful.

I will of course never go back to sally beauty products in lake geneva, i don't need to pay money just to be insulted.

so, I URGE YOU NOT TO SHOP AT SALLY BEAUTY AND SUPPLY, IN LAKE GENEVA WI. VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PRACTICES AND THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN STORE RAIN CHECKS, EVEN WHEN THE ITEM HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR.
