There should be more mechanics like Ron. He is an honest and trustworthy mechanic! I would strongly recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Russo Automotive is the Best. My daughters car wouldn't start at a Lake Geneva resort. I was 2 hours away, I called the local auto parts store and they gave me Ron's number. He went out on a cold Saturday afternoon, installed a new battery that she needed, at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Ron Russo Automotive to anybody. Especially to out-of towners Its good to know there are Good, Honest people out there. Thanks Russo Automotive!

Ron Russo has been servicing my car for over a year and a half. I've never met a more honest and capable auto repairman in my life than Ron. He's incredibly courteous and cooperative - he always goes the extra mile. His work is impeccable and his prices more than reasonable. I trust implicitly. I'm moving out of state in two weeks - I wish I could clone Ron and take him with me. Ron will put work aside to help in an emergency. He keeps his promises - if a part doesn't come in as planned or isn't available he calls and lets you know if there will be a delay.



He worked on my car for over three hours last week in preparation for my move. When I took out my wallet to pay him, he told me it was a going away gift - he refused to accept payment. How many people would have done that? I was beyond touched and deeply appreciative!



I guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality of work he does on your vehicle. If you're a woman, he will never cheat you as so many mechanics have been known to do. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Over the top customer service, flexible, very concerned about making sure the best work and only necessary work was completed on my car. I would send my grandma to Russo, and feel totally confident she would be respected and her car would get premium attention with complete honesty. I am so glad I found this shop.
