Especially during Covid, they have made my 11+ years of being a customer wonderful! They’re now open, following all safety guidelines and welcoming! I have always enjoyed the recommendations on color and received compliments on my nails wherever I go. Check them out!

This salon absolutely does not belong in Lake Forest. The staff does not understand the meaning of providing customer service. From the second you walk in, nobody says hello or smiles. There is merely a gruff 'pick your color,' without anyone even making eye contact with you. Not exactly welcoming. Most of the girls give a decent mani/pedi and if you pay cash, you can have both for $45, including tip, which is very reasonable. Do not expect ANY frills...the massage lasts about 10 seconds long and some of the girls do not massage at all. Again, you get what you pay for. I also agree with other writers that the girls speak Vietnamese amongst themselves and you get the distinct impression that they are speaking poorly about the customers!But my biggest complaint is about the manager Ann, who is especially grumpy. She looks and acts unhappy all the time and makes the customer feel like she is doing you a favor by giving you an appointment. She is also the one who takes incoming calls, so forget about having a relaxing manicure. She interrupts your service to clean the sink, take money or whatever else needs to be done and never apologizes for keeping you waiting or not concentrating on what she is doing. She is downright RUDE. With so many other better choices in town, skip this place and enjoy the service elsewhere!!

DON T GO , DON T GO, DON T GO!!!! Not even worth 1 star! Unless you want to throw your money away on a fill that only lasts four days due to the little amount of fill powder they use. My nails chipped 4 days later. everywhere else I have been, my nails lasted two to three weeks with gel polish. In addition, THE OWNER IS EXTREMELY RUDE & only cares about getting your money & how much of tip you are giving her. I gave this salon a try since I was in the neighborhood & needed a fill desperately. WILL NEVER GO BACK! There are plenty of other salons in the area that are great, go there INSTEAD.
