AVOID!! I will never deal with this company again. BUGS in my apartment!!! I am very clean. They were coming out of the walls. I complained every month and got an exterminator EVERY month. I was polite when I tried to resolve these issues, but corporate management there must HATE their tenants. They act like I am the enemy. And I pay how much for this? I advise anyone that it is not a good deal and this company will not care at all, no matter what. The management will not even try to understand or even listen. I was not asking for compensation, but when I was a landord I felt responsible for the property. I respected the tenants and I would never rent out a property that has a bug INFESTATION in the walls. The rating for this should be worse than poor. AVOID !
