I came in for a consultation and Debbie was so great to me, explained the whole process that I decided to go ahead and could not be more thrilled. I love it.

Debbie McClellan did a BEAUTIFUL job on my permanent makeup, and she was very knowledgeable and professional. Debbie's makeup expertise was exactly what I needed. I didn’t know how to do my brows and she took the time to draw them on for me. My brows frame my face perfectly now. I went on to have my eyeliner and also my lips done and I have referred at least 20 people to her. I would recommend Debbie to anyone thinking about having their permanent makeup done. It was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, and would highly recommend Debbie McClellan. Many thanks to Debbie! My permanent makeup looks GREAT!

Hi my name is Sarah Collins I am the nurse esthetician and office manager at Dr George Fisher’s plastic Surgery Center in Cerritos California. I wanted to say we have been very please with Permanent makeup Artist Debbie McClellan’s work. The office has been referring her for over 17 years. She has worked on most of our Nurses and myself too. It has always been a pleasure having her showing the art of permanent makeup at our Beauty Nights. I Highly recommend her.

My Story… I recently got my Permanent Makeup Done by Debbie and saw this rating after the fact. I want to tell you of you that I think this other lady is full of it. Debbie took plenty of time to explain everything to me. After all, this is a TATOO which scared the hell out of me. This was going to be on my face for the rest of my life! But after having my consultation, I decided to go through with it. My appointment was at 2:00 on Wednesday, right before the weekend. I was getting my Eyeliner tattooed. Even though I was scared, Debbie walked me through it and I was done in 45 minutes. After its all said and done... I LOVE IT!!! I have gotten so many compliments and referred so many of my friends and family to Debbie. I can't thank her enough of my Lovely Eyes : ) . I plan to get my lips done soon enough!!! Hope this was helpful to some people and you can experience the wonderful customer service like I did.

I arrived for my appointment at 11:30. I watched Debbie walk around before her assistant seated me at 12:30. The assistant told me the price for having my eyebrows touched up would be $125 and proceeded with prepping me for the procedure by placing liniment on my eyes so I could not open them.



Debbie came in and began her work. I could not see her, but I could hear the TV on the whole time. At some point I asked her, ���Your not making it too thick, are you?��� She responded, ���Oh, I thought you wanted it like the right eye.��� I in turn remarked, ���No, I want it like the left eye.���

I���m not sure how she could have thought I would have wanted it like the right eye since neither her nor her assistant consulted me about what I wanted. And the idea of not being consulted for a ���touch-up��� appointment doesn���t really bother me, because the makeup is already there, but taking the liberty to ���add��� is not ���touching-up���. Permanent makeup was added to my eyes without my consent.



After the procedure I was charged $175 instead of the $125 the assistant had quoted me. I was so upset by the way I was treated that I just wanted to leave and I paid the $175. I asked to be refunded a portion of the total cost, but was not.



A video on Debbie���s website says that ���All procedures can follow consultation���. In retrospect, each procedure dealing with anything permanent should follow consultation. The video also states that ���All procedures are drawn on first.��� To her credit, it was nice of her to notice that the makeup didn���t match, but in order to make either eye like the other she should have consulted me about it first, drawn it out to as a guide and a model to show me, only to proceed with my approval. Sadly, none of this happened.
