Terrible customer service. Not accommodating to their patrons at all. Is So Right!!! I call to pay a friends bill they told me it's $100 Including past due and late fees, so i say okay I'll call you right back and I called back in 10min and they told me now it's $110 now!!! I asked what happened in that 10min for the bill to be $110 now!!! They just laughed and told me that's what the bill is now! So yes I'm complaining to corporate office on this.
