Best Place To Go Since late 2012.

I've been going there since the end of 2012, and during 2013 and 2014. I had the hydraulic lift things replaced on my trunk so it wouldn't fall down on my and my children's heads/hands when we were unloading groceries. I had tires put on. I had an oil change. I had an alignment done. I had windshield wiper blades put on. And, I had an overall inspection done and fluids topped off. The business is clean and has a play area for kids. They supply coffee, water, magazines, and cable TV. The bathrooms are clean. They give you a ride home and pick you up if you need it. The Brian Hall guy mentioned in a bad review left in 2012 right when I started going there. The guys have always treated me fairly and went out of there way to make sure my car was safe and to give me a good price. The manager, Kevin, is outstanding and so are the other guys. They will work with you on pricing. Other customers in the lobby said they only ALWAYS go to this Big O. Customers bring in gifts to these guys. Some people came from out of the area because of the relationship they've built with this store. I'm happy I found a place I can trust. I would say, GO THERE, and if you have any doubts, tell them up front about your concerns. Let them have a chance to win you over and build a relationship with YOU.

Do not go there. There is a sales person who says he is the manager. His name is Brian Hall. I took my son's 2010 KIA there for 2 new tires. I paid so I could leave and my son waited for his car. They wrote on the ticket the TPMS sensor is bent. TPMS stands for tire pressure monitor system. They dont realize I'm an ASE certified mechanic with 30 years experience. They bent the sensors while removing the tires. I realize things happen but, they didnt even call me. They put two regular valve stems in and told my teenage son they were broken. If they were broken then the TPMS light would be on. When I called Brian Hall, he was rude and argued. I have used other Big O Tire locations and was always treated fair and had no problems. I doubt I will use Big O past my tire warranty, especially the Lake Elsinore Store.

BIG O DOES NOT HONOR THEIR OWN VALID COUPONS DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR COUPONS! I bought a $60.00 Big O coupon book two years ago that had things like free oil changes and discounted service offers in it. They had NO EXPIRATION dates on them, and were valid for lifetime until used. I have used it in the past exclusively at this location (their computer records confirmed this) with no problems.and I even had a sticker put on my book listing their address. On 4/29/12 I went in for an oil change and produced my coupon book to the guy behind the counter. An employee was next to him and said under his breath Ohh its one of those f @%$ing coupons again and the guy behind the counter told me they don t accept them anymore. According to him, they have been getting a lot of counterfeit coupons lately, so they decided to no longer accept them. I paid $60 for these coupons and I said, why is it my problem the Big O produced coupons that someone else counterfeits? I paid for these and I want to use them. I told them to look up my records on their computer and it showed that I had been there in the past using these coupons and I showed them the sticker. But they didn t care, they didn t want to help me, reimburse me or offer any other deals to replace this so-called counterfeit issue. Truth is I believe this counterfeit thing is just made up, and what they really didn t want to do was honor the coupons cause they were losing too much money on them. Either way they bottom line is this. I had legal coupons made exclusively for Big O that had not expired. I had paid for them. Big O just suddenly decided to not accept them, screwing their customers. Big O has a lying business practice, they don t live up to their promises, and they do not honor their own coupons. I have a call in to their corporate offices and was told to expect a call back in 24 to 48 hours. They may try to rectify this and help me, but one thing for sure is, Big O at 150 A Campbell Road did not care and did not try to make the customer happy or help me in any way.

Kevin, the Lake Elsinore store manager called me personally today. He apologized for the mix-up and said his front counter staff had not been given correct instructions on how to handle the coupon situation and it was all a misunderstanding. He explained to me that his staff had since received additional training and he has, in my opinion, satisfactorily rectified the situation. It does say a lot when a manager takes the time and calls you back trying to fix a customer complaint. Hence, I will continue to bring my vehicles into Big O now because of this.

This place tries to rob you. They overcharge for everything theres something shady going on!!!
