This was my first time visiting Heritage car wash and it will most certainly be my last. I went there expecting to get my car cleaned in a timely manner and be on my way. I was wrong. It took them close to 2 hours just for a car wash and for them to wipe down the interior of the car. If the wait wasn't bad enough, when I finally got back into my car every inch except for the material was so oily I could barely touch it. I could hardly breathe due to the chemical smell and wound up with a headache and nauseated. I then noticed that my couple dollars worth of change had been stolen out of the holder where I keep it. I would never leave valuable items in the car, but I didn't think I would need to clear out all my change as well. Horrible service and quality. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Request made for specific cleaning detail. Car returned without detail cleaning complete and was told they would get it 'next time'.
