Losing my husband was the hardest thing that has ever happened to my children & I. The staff at Charles Custom Memorials were so easy to deal with, they listened to everything we wanted, and never pressured us into buying anything, instead urged us to take our time so that we would be pleased with the end result. After seeing our monument installed in the cemetery, I can't tell you how many people have commented on how beautiful is and it really tells a story about our life together for 51 years. Thank you, I will be forever grateful for the compassion you have showed us during this difficult time.
