Have had my sewing machine for over 18 months. Have made many calls. Calls are not returned. Went by and was told to return for machine. Cannot reach owner. May have to take another avenue to get results.

White's Sew & Vac of Lake Charles no longer installs or services central vacuum systems for about the last five years.

This has been the worse customer service I have received in some time. Adam is very nice in person, but you cannot get anyone to respond to phone calls. I have left numerous messages since I live about an hour away and failed to receive "any" return calls. I also called and spoke with a lady today and she hung up on me when I asked when I could find out something about the 2 machines I left 3 months ago.

Worst customer service I have ever seen! You purchase their products and when they aren't working properly and you bring it in they give you the runaround. They have had my vaccum since June and it's not even 6 months old. The owner Adam is great fake! He will lie straight to your face! They have several BBB complaints for over charging and breaking other things while they are supposedly fixing your item#

I spoke with Adam on the phone about the Singer sewing machine. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I boubht a Brother embroidery machine from a dealer in Nederland about four years ago. I got more information from him over the phone than I did from my one hour of free instruction from them. I spent $4,000.00 for that machine and had no idea of what to do with it. Adam was so sweet and explained everything from the embroidery machine to the warranty. My machine shouldbe in by tomorrow. He told me we would go over everything with me. I'm sure they will meet my needs. I know I won't go anywhere else vrom now on. It's a little drive for me but I'm sure I will be pleased.
