I have been going to Sam and Bea (the owners) since I was 10 with my mom. I'm now 28 and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they have always done an amazing job. If you want to be pampered, relax and have excellent service I highly recommend The Nail Spa!

The girl that put on my pink & white set of nails we'd. 5/30/12 didn't do what I asked far at all she left me with big ugly square nails when I ask far shorter rounder .so I have to go back in the morning witch is bad because I'm getting ready far Cancun , mx Vaca . And don't have time but my husben said thay look bad . Also my to nails look bad to very squar I asked her to put the same colar but she went a lot lighter come to find out she was late picking up her chid . Well I'm sorry far her but she should have just told me there wasn't time . I paid 65.00 far awful looking finger nails & toe nails plus have to take the time to go back . ( my last visit )

The Nail Spa on Nelson road is always Wonderful! I have a business next door to it and I hear from 100s of people weekly who say how kind the staff is and I know from personal experience that they not only do a wonderful job but they remember your name!

Terrible service! Very rude! I was so dissapointed. I am usually very easy to please and never complain. They never even started the water for myself or my daughter. When I politely said I was leaving due to the wait, they said "fine" and watched us walk out without a care. Very rude and terrible service!!
