New beginnings help save my life!!! I had no money for treatment and the director was kind enough to write off my insurance co-pays and except me for what my insurance paid even though they didn't know if my insurance would pay anything.
The experience I had there was life changing, the staff were kind and considerate and treated me with dignity!!
The staff at new beginnings really cares rather not people get well!!!
I am very upset about the review I read about new beginnings being profit driven I know that that's not the case And that was certainly not my experience or the experience of people who were there with me. I know new beginnings has to pay their staff and keep the doors open and I also know that they make referrals into ongoing care. The suggestions made by the staff for my ongoing care had nothing to do with kickbacks or any involvement and any other aftercare program. The staff recommendations were based simply on what they felt was best for me to sustain my recovery.
I would recommend new beginnings to any of my friends or family or anybody I love or care about I know that the experience of the patients there has nothing to do with money or profit and has to do with learning a new way of life where I no longer find it necessary to drink or drug!!!
I am grateful and thankful every day for my experience in treatment at new beginnings.
