Always good service, good selection, friendly advice

I’ve used Moss Mowers for over 20 years. Great service and reasonable rates. Unless something breaks unexpectedly, I always try to bring my equipment in during the off season for servicing, otherwise you’ll be waiting two or three weeks to get your stuff back because of their high volume of business. I’ve found that reagular servicing keeps everything up and running all year long. I would Highly Recommend Moss Bluff Mowers to anyone reputable Dealer/Service/Repair Business.

Today my husband had poor customer service at this place. I called to talk to the owner so he'd know how people were being treated when they walk in. The owner proceeded to chew me out over who he thought was my husband. After listening patiently I told him my husband never called about a court for his mower and that all we wanted was our blades sharpened. I also explained to him that we would not be buying anything from this business after being treated like that. We will continue to go to Westlake where customer service actually exist. The owner and wife at this establishment is rude. Parent Lee, more than one person had poor customer service today. Good luck staying in business.

Moss Bluff Mowers is a joke. I have been there three times in the last two months spending my money. I have bought a new weed eater there and had two pieces of equipment serviced there. I go there today for equipment service and the lady owner says it's a fifty dollar deposit for the estimate. She goes on to say that bad customers had caused this and now everyone has to pay . The owner also tells me that she was in a weak moment the reason she did not charge me before. I am never going back to these people! I found a place behind the Car Wash in Iowa that is a lot better and does not charge extra fees. Moss Bluff Mowers , you suck!!!
