I asked for them to monogram initials on a pocket of a shirt they said they would do it and I needed it for a present. They said it would take 2 days. It ended up taking almost 6 days. Messing up the present as well as being late is really unacceptable. They put the monogram above the pocket saying the pocket wouldn't be usable. We already talked about doing it still. The pocket wouldn't be used anyway. The woman I spoke to had a walk that looks like she got hit by a car and her bottom lip was slanted. She seemed like she couldn't remember anything. People that can't do their job should not work. They messed up the expensive shirt I bought and the presents due date. I now have to ship the present. Thank you for the horrible service and worthless business. There are tons of other shops that are cheaper and have reliable employees. I don't recommend this store to anyone. It isn't worth even going.

Do not go here for shoe repair!



I brought a pair of shoes to be dyed, and he only did the front. I asked why not the back of the shoe, he said it didn't show back there! Seriously?? He said it would be too time consuming, he'd have to tape the whole shoe off. As I was getting out of there, I asked what I owed him, and he said nothing and told me to get out of there an called me a crazy lady! Just cause I paid him to do a job he didn't do. And the lady there screamed at me while I was getting in my car never to come back! As if I would.



So, if you want something done half-way...this is the place.



This place actually deserves 0 stars...especially for the abusive treatment!

They are Lake Charles best Western store! Reasonable prices for quality products!
