I will not ever use this facility again and I

would not recommend this facility to anyone. They overcharged me and I have been trying to get my money back from them for over two months. The incompetence of the staff that checks insurance benefits is enormous. Even after I explained that my insurance would pay 100% they insisted that I make a co-pay to get service. My insurance paid 100% within a week and now I have been trying to get my co-pay back. No about the service, went there 30 minutes before scheduled, took them about 15 minutes to get my money and over two hours to get around to the medical procedure. There are way better medical facilities in the Lake Charles area, I do not recommend Lake Area Medical Center to anyone, in fact I get way better service for my dogs at the vet.

I give it one star only because that is the lowest I can rate it.
