Wow. I've been to Dentist before but this was the best. From Tiffany to Michelle to Dr. Churchman and the rest of the office. The best experience I ever have had. No pain. Very friendly and willing to make things better. I can't believe I'm saying this but can't wait to go back. Highly recommend this staff to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Churchman about 4 yrs. I absolutely love her. She is so good! I cough alot and she works around it! She works so hard to please everyone.I have never had a problem with any of the work she has done on my teeth.

I recently was referred to Dr. Churchman by an associate. Although I liked Dr. Churchman herself, I later found out her billing staff was not so ethical. Before procedures I requested a pre treatment estimate with my insurance company to give me an idea of what I would be paying. The estimate I was given was never approved by my insurance even though it was passed off as legitimate. Needless to say, it was a lie. I went ahead with multiple procedures in two settings with the idea that it would only be a minimal price when in all acutuality it wasnt. I ended up paying $100's over what was quoted to me because her staff refused to follow common office procedures and flat out lied to get more money. If they had given me the actual insurance pre treatment estimates I would have considered spreading out my appointments and continued with their services. However, that isn't so and I wont be back.

Lesson learned on my part for relying on honest business practices. Wont happen again. Thank you, Staff at Dr. Mary Seale Churchman's office.

The office was clean and professional when entering, and the staff seemed ok. When I questioned the dentist on choosing treatments, she only directed me to her office manager. She really offered no guidance herself.

My Experience- Terrible

I began seeing Dr. Churchman after a friend recommended her.

My experience was pretty neutral in the beginning, nothing over the top but I had no complaints. I had some bonding done on one of my teeth which cost $500. The bonding crumbled off the next day, and I called about having the work repaired. There was a problem with the care credit card that I used to pay so I had to reschedule the appointment. After the card was fixed I paid the full amount of $500 to her office. Now they refuse to repair the tooth and asked me to bring my business elsewhere. Dr. Churchman refused to speak with me and would only relay messages through her staff. Let me also add that previously she filled a cavity which came out 3-4 months later, and I paid the FULL amount to have it refilled at her office.

I would not recommend her services to anyone, and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I see that another reviewer had a great experience with her, but a business really shows their true colors when a problem arises and they decide to wash their hands of it because they already have your money.

Dr. Churchman (Mary) is absolutely AWESOME! Gentle, thorough, smart, compassionate and professional! These are just a few words to describe Dr. Churchman and her staff. Everyone is top notch. I look forward to many more visits to her office.
