A true friendly and professional business a Buy A Buddy rep; went into great detail while quoting me a fair and affordable price for needed roofing repair. I found great comfort in the representatives knowledge of the roofing industry as well as the honesty he brought to the conversation.

Terri is a CROOK...HE LIED TO ME OVER AND OVER ABOUT WHAT WE AGREED ON.MY NEW STOVE AND DRYER WERE DAMAGED MY HOUSE NOT COMPLETED AND TRASH LEFT IN MY YARD!!!!THIS AN NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR GOOD...IF YOU SCROLL DOWN YOU CAN READ A COMMENT HE ACTUALLY POSTED ARGUING ABOUT A REVIEW THAT WAS POSTED...THAT'S HE MOTTO...HE'S NEVER WRONG!!!I COULDN'T GET THIS MAN OUT OF MY LIFE SOON ENOUGH.

Worst moving company ever. They over charged me. They lied on the day they said the would be there. They charged my card twice. Had me sign falsified documents. They broke items that had sentimental value. They were hard to reach. They had the nerve to say that I couldn't touch them.

Just used them here to move most of my father's estate to storage today. Hard working group. Joshua was great lead man . Very professional and conscientious of what they were doing. Will recommend and use again if the need arises.

this is the greatest company i have ever used. this is my 3rd. time and now my brother has used them and never any damages or problems. thanks again guys for all your help. take care buddies....

I confirmed with this company a month ago on the day I needed to move. On the morning of the move I called them because the driver had not shown up. I was told "oh, they should be on their way...I will check and call you right back". HA! After 20 minutes, I called...no answer...another 15 minutes I called and text....NO answer...another 30 MINUTES I called and text again...NO ANSWER!!! Finally I just called someone else that told me that they have gotten calls from other people to come move them because of the same situation... With BUDDIES like this, who needs enemies!

To speedy23af - its amazing that your name is speedy, in life in order to get perfection you need to take your time and perfect your craft, there was nothing damaged on your move but probably your pockets. When I arrived I told you before we got started that you had a packed 4 bed room house and jammed packed garage and attic - you are lucky it only took 7 hours, but to make you feel happy we are sorry you feel that way and we're sorry that we didn't damage a few things in the process. Sorry for moving a jammed packed home plus no damages for you. You take care and have a blessed one.

This moving company was absolutely terrible. I had put a deposit down for 3 guys and one truck and the morning of my move only 2 men showed up. It took them 7 hours to move my stuff!!!! They took 4 smoke breaks throughout the moving process and took their sweet precious time moving my stuff. Do not use this company.

A lot of times in business when you have a company this size - (12) 28 foot trucks and (2) 53 foot tractor trailers and moving 1,200 people a year you will face adversity from a few angry customers who couldn't get their way from you. All i say to the valued loyal customers is to take it upon your self to experience the truth and be your own judge of character. If I never learned anything in life I did learn one thing - that's to be my own judge because every experience with people everyday is different, Most people want to pay for the services that receive and then there is those that want everything for nothing. This company's MO is clear once you have been around them for 5 minutes.. They come to look at your property and then send a truck half the size of what's needed. They their packing skills are horrible. When they were done, which took forever because they BS so much, the packed truck look liked a 2 year old that tried to play Tetris. Once things start going South they begin saying things like "I'm going to help you out and do this for you without telling my boss" referring to things that were already agreed upon during the contract signing. When they tell you the truck is to small and you call Terry, he more or less informs you that it's your fault somehow and your going to have to pay to have a bigger truck or an additional truck. One of the guys moving my items informed me he had no gas money and needed $700. They tear your stuff up, complain like toddlers the whole time, and keep asking you to go buy them drinks. This company is nothing but a bunch of crooks and low life's with no sense of decency or integrity. I'm a single mother of two small children and this company made our move the worst experience ever!!! We agreed on a flat rate to move every piece of property I owned and they knew what I owned because they came to look at it. Instead I got about half my stuff moved and had to figure out how to get the rest on my own. Please do not use this company!! Run as far as you can, their low life's and I plan on following up for as long as it takes to make sure this company is exposed for the trash they are.

This company is a scam! Beware! This was the worse moving experience of our lives. This was an absolute MOVE FROM HELL. I will NOT recommend this company ever. Among all the other things that went WRONG on our moving day, Mr. Henry came and gave us estimate on our move days prior. However on the day of move, they came with a truck that will only fit half of our property. His movers then demanded an extra $1600 to get another truck to move the rest of our property. We could not get a hold of him directly, we were directed to his secretary, who pretended not to know the details of our contract with Mr. Henry and how to reach him. This was of course after he had collected over $900 money order deposit. We had to find a way to get the rest of our property to our destination ourselves. This is not a company you would want to work with EVER.

We here in this great city of Lake Charles, LA. would love to give an outstanding applause to Buy A Buddy Movers for all its generosity and support to this community. From your mayor and our city, please keep up the great work.

These people are awful. "Pastor" Terry is all talk, and no show. I would never recommend this company to ANYONE. Calling there office does no good, Terry is impossible to reach, and their moving abilities are sketchy at best, things go missing, or end up "broken." Be wary if you use this company, it's like a rotten box of chocolates!

Great guys, great service, great group of people and didnt rip me off. This is surely a genuine moving company.

You guys are the greatest, I called today because my movers didnt show up and mr. terri said he could have some guys over within 2 hours and there they were. Thanks a bunch guys you did a great job and made my wife happy so im happy.
