I had a break on my job so I decided to stop by art nails because it was so close. Upon my arrival I seen all the chairs were full the lady told me to take a seat and what I can ask what I wanted? I told her manicure about 10 minutes I see a man finishing up as he passed by he answers his ringing phone. He ask the lady what I wanted she told him he asked me what I wanted I told him manicure. He came back and asked do I want fake nails or do I want manicure I looked back and told him clearly manicure he instructed me to sit in another seat got the water ready put my hands in and it was ice cold he then proceeds to text on his phone he rushed through the shaping of the nails to check his phone again I asked him if I was disturbing him and his phone he told me no problem then he proceeded to take the cuticles off only the top so all the side cuticles that need to come off or still there he rush through the shaping of the nails to check his phone again I asked him if I was disturbing him and his phone he told me no problem then he proceeded to take the cuticle only the top so all the side cuticle that need to be cleaned and removed R still there then his phone rang he put it on speaker and began talking. I became frustrated and left. I feel that because I was not getting fake nails his commission or however he gets paid was not going to be high I have never walked out of a nail salon even though they had many bad ones the total lack of disrespectfulness of a paying customer did it in for me. (It made me give a star)
