My husband and I went in thinking we had to replace a whole part. They men who helped us realized we needed a smaller part and we walked out buying something a lot cheaper. I forgot to ask their names but they were super helpful.

Called ahead to make sure they had the parts we needed in stock. Arrived at the store and ther debit/credit card machine was broken and they would not accept checks. They said they had not called for a repair tech to fix it when they had time(It was pretty slow then! ) Had to run to an ATM and return with cash. Upon returning the gentleman was slowly sweeping the floor and had still not had time to report the debit machine issue. We will be shopping elsewhere in the future!! Thanks for the inconvenience...

i bought a part for my dryer from this company, it was a little expensive but thats not the problem, the part didnt work when i got it and even though i bought the warrenty they would not accept it back not even for a replacement. if at all possible go somewhere else
