I have been dealing with this firm since 10/93 re. an eviction case. We were served with an eviction notice after refusing to sign a new lease because promises made in the prev. lease were not honored. We pd. the judgment 08/94. On 07/96 they sent me a letter for payment of the judgment amt, over $600.00 less the amt. pd. As per their req. I've provided proof of payment several times. Their client, a Property Serv. Co. has even contacted them on my behalf & the letters still come. 09/03 I again contacted them after rec. another letter only to disc. they had Renewed the Judgment. I asked why I was not notified & was told a notice was sent 07/03 but because a change of address was filed we did not rec. it. We did rec. a letter dated 09/03 at that same address of 10yrs. They failed to mention the court date in 6 days. I asked why they didn't send the notice to my parent's address like they had before? Judgment on my credit for 10yrs. more. After 15yrs just rec. a letter 10/08.
