I change my service to Hellers after a very hard time in my life. I had been though a divorce and had medical issues and hard issues with my current service company. I stopped by the office and spoke to Phil. He made me feel like a person again.!
After telling my parents about my experience with Hellers in lake ariel and my conversation with Phil and the other staff members at the office. They where on the boarder line of changing companies themselves. But being of the older generation, change is always hard, for anyone. They had had the service with their current company for more than 30 years.
So that being said they where loyal customers. So they we a little hesitant to change.
Until at the age of 75 years old my parents ran out of gas. Which has never happened. They called their current company and was told it would have to be cash on delivery and it would be days before they could get to them. Needless to say, we where less than pleased as they had never had to pay gas on delivery before and due to health issues, my father could not be breathing cold or even cooler air for days! So after a very long drawn out conversation with the company and a extra charge, even thou my parents where on auto delivery, they received gas.
My mom was at Hellers in lake Ariel the very next day asking for Phil. She was nervous, my father more so.. again as it was change. But phil and his staff made my mother feel so welcomed that she called me and said she wish she would have changed sooner.
On the day of the installation, Mike came to my parents house on time, was polite, smiling, and answered very single question my parents had. Which where many. My father even felt comfortable enough to tell Mike some stories of times in the past.
I just wanted to let your home office know that the lake ariel office is not just a place that delivers heating oil to people. They change people's lives! The team at Hellers care about the people in the area... thank you noreen

Dylan VanLone and Nick arrived on time and hooked up my propane tank quickly. All lines were checked for leaks and all work was done in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend Heller's Gas Co. Great price and exceptional service. Thank you.

I have been a costumer for a few years now . They are very helpful and very polite . Im glad I went with Hellers Gas . Ive had some other gas companies in the past .Not to mention any names . Not as good and very rude . I find this group to be so much more manageable .Very kind . Also very close to home ..They are very accurate in their services . .Thank you
