I've had my stuff stored here for over a year and have been very satisfied. I have found the people there to be very helpful, especially Terry. Their prices are reasonable the extended access hours are nice.

I was very well satisified with the effort that was put forth to make me feel secure about my belongings. I rented a storage unit and an outside parking. The extended hours was great for when I needed to get into the units. The office help was very nice to deal with.

THE PEOPLE HERE ARE RUDE, CARELESS, PUT UP FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS HOW MUCH MONEY YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE THEM. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!

My friend had a storage there for 3 years. She loved her storage and the people were great to her. This past month there was a major storm and it knocked out the cameras. Her storage was broken into and they did not tell her for 2 days. They also did not tell any of their tenants that the cameras were down for 18 days and they still have not fixed them to my knowledge. We have gone in several times to try to talk to them and they are completely rude and not very understanding at all, in fact they act as if it is not their problem and treat her as though it was her fault. When i went into the storage office with my friend i did not say a word but listened to how she treated my friend. This lady who is the owners niece does not care about how she makes people feel. The only thing she cared about was that there was a small balance due, even though it was not due for 3 more weeks. My friends grandmother called to ask why this lady was acting in such a manner. The women ranted at her and then hung on her before there was really anything said, besides the fact that she said we were rude. The lady is dillusional and i would not advise storing your things there since she would probably act the same way and you might lose your most prized posessions.
