They came right over and began removing the water from my home. A pipe in my second story bathroom burst. The water flooded all the way down to my basement. They worked with my insurance company, all I had to pay was my deductible. It was worth the investment to have the water removed professionally so that I was not destined to get mold damage. Mold is extremly expensive to have removed. Mold growth can turn your investment into a condemned house. If it is proved that an individual or business created the mold problem in one's home, they are liable. If a homeowner can prove that a business or individual caused the growth of mold in one's home, they can be held liable for damages. If the house is deamed to be unlivable or condemned they can be held responsible for the fair market of value of the home before the mold problem.
