Arrowhead Pools was founded in 1993 by Rob Allen who has been in the swimming pool service industry since 1992. During those years, Rob has worked "hands on" in every aspect of the pool industry, while completing specialized training and receiving certificates in technical service and repair for pool sweeps, heaters, motors, pumps and filters. When Rob started it was primarily as a pool repair and cleaning service company, eventually growing into a full service company serving Coto de Caza, Dana Point, Dove Canyon, El Toro, Laguna Hills, Laguna Niguel, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, San Clemente, San Juan Capistrano, and other Orange County areas. This took years of hard work - growing from a one-man show and performing all of the cleaning and repair jobs. As the knowledge came, so did employees and the company began to grow. Rob then added full liability insurance to protect himself as well as his customers. Most days, Rob can be found out at work sites, applying his knowledge and experience for the benefit of the customers. Arrowhead Pools prides itself on reliable, professional and quality workmanship. This is due to the fact that all employees are well trained. All pool cleaners are given a series of tests before entering the field. Over the years, other companies have hired Arrowhead Pools to train their employees to clean, perform repairs and troubleshoot problems. It is also common for Arrowhead to receive calls from others in the industry asking to help solve problems they are facing. Arrowhead Pools is proud to have this kind of respect in the industry. At Arrowhead Pools we have a fully staffed office from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and the message center is checked on Saturdays.
