Great prices, and the services is better then most. I saved $200 by using Spinn Print over Staples, Fedex, and local printing shops near me on the east side of PA. THATS INCLUDING SHIPPING



Im editing to add, that the Graphic Director reached out to me to help make sure my flyers came out right. I apprecited it, because if I do that with VistaPrint, they dont care to tell me.

Do not order from Spinnprint if you are on a deadline or need any customer service. They printed one of my orders wrong and then promised delivery and did not fulfill their promise and did not return my voice mail or email requests in the meantime.

The Worst Company to deal with.

I had been in the print business for 10 years and customer servive for 20 years and I know what to do and expect once a job is done wrong or late. But I guess the company owner Brett Spinn does not know a bit about customer service nor taking responsibilty of his own fault. I submitted a job on a Friday afternoon. I spoke to him and clearly stated that I need the job for a big event on the following Tuesday morning. Since they Since his facility is only 20 miles away, he said he will mail it the next day and guarenteed that I will get the job on Monday or Tuesday. I also asked him if need be we could pick the job at his facility. He said there was no need as he would process the job the same day and they Guarentee ONE DAY SHIP. After uploading the job, I called his office and confirmed that they had received the file and it was in the process.

Needless to say I did not get the job nor an update. On Monday afternoon Brett send an e-mail saying he dropped the ball and never processed the job and he will mail the job on Tuesday and I should get it on Thursday.

He had my cell phone number and he knew that we were closed on Monday . He never bothered to call. Instead he dropped an e-mail to the business account on Monday knowing that the event will be over and flyers were of no use. I called and left message on Tuesday but no reply. I sent him an e-mail on Thursday saying that I do not need the job and to issue a refund.



That's not all. We decided to give him another chance and so I called him for 3 more projects. I also asked if he processed the refund. Now listen to this. He said he is like Walmart and only give refund to the merchandise returned to which I said no problem. We will send back the box.

BUT the thing that ticked me off is he said that I, the customer was late on my project and it was my fault that I was trying to get the things done at the last minute. It is him who has next day ship on his website, it is him who said in his e-mail that he dropped the ball as he forgot to process the job. It is him who guarenteed the job to be shipped next day. WAW what happened to customer is always right. But in this case I guess Mr Brett is Mr. Right. Please do not give him your business as he may say IT IS YOUR FAULT TO KEEP HIM IN BUSINESS,
