Established in 2015. What started out as a mobile pizzeria catering small events in 2011, has become a modern newly designed Italian casual brick and mortar pizzeria which opened its doors to the public for the first time on march 9th of this year. Already thousands of pies have been served out of our fully wood fired ovens ( Vicenzo & Lucia) and thousands of smiles and satisfied guests created. Pizza 900 is an Authentic Neapolitian wood fired pizzeria that can cook its pies in under 90 seconds. Our oven temperature gets over 900 degrees which can enable us to cook our pizzas in less than 2 minutes. We are proud to be one true pizzeria that is making our own fresh mozzarella daily. We don't have any freezers or microwaves and stand behind our commitment to health and fitness by using high quality fresh ingredients. Our Dough is made according to Neapolitian traditions. We use caputo wheat flour imported from Italy and we use no oils, sugar or butter in our recipe.Established in 2015.
