Too bad yelp doesn't offer negative stars because they don't even deserve 1. I can't believe how unprofessional this company is. I purchased a living social deal and my first encounter with them, I called no response, I emailed no response. I decided to wait because I figured they would be busy so I waited a couple months and tried again, I got a response, scheduled an appointment and got a no call no show. The 2nd time I tried I scheduled an appointment to have my home cleaned 5 days after I was scheduled to have my baby. I ended up having her the day before the scheduled appointment and so I called  while i was in the hospital to tell her my husband would meet the crew there and wanted to confirm the time and she said she would call me back, which she never did and again they were a no call no show. Unbeliveable!!! I hope they go out of business soon and from the look of their reviews it may not be too long before that happens. If anyone else had this same problem with living social request a refund from the vendor not honoring the voucher and you will get it.
