Merry Poppets Childcare is operated as a small in-home daycare, licensed by the state of California. We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Arch Beach Heights area of Laguna Beach, California.

When I decided to start the daycare, it was important that the name conveyed the atmosphere that I would be fostering. Growing up in England, we often used the name "poppet" as a term of endearment for a child, so what better name to choose than one that meant "Happy Children."  

Merry Poppets is a safe, comfortable, stimulating, fun and educational environment offering a semi-structured day plan. I provide nutritious home-made meals and snacks each day, as well as encourage good manners and personal hygiene.

A toddler/pre-school program for children over 16 months is run Monday - Thursday. A new infant-only program is now offered on Friday mornings, available for children between 12-18 months old.
