I go to see Dr. Maltz yesterday for a small stain on my front teeth. They were able to quickly fit me in for an appointment after work, so I was happy. I go in, fill out all the paperwork, get an X-ray done of my teeth. Then the doctor comes in. He tells me he is a specialist, and I need a dentist. I tell him that I called to make an appointment with a dentist, I didn't ask for him specifically, and I didn't ask for a specialist. If he was a specialist, why did his staff not ask what dentist referred me, or what work I needed done when I made the appointment? Or when I walked in and again told them why I was there? The doctor basically rushed me out of the office and acted like I wasted his time. Rude, not how you treat someone because your staff did not do their due diligence. Will never ever go back to this practice.
