My grandpa and I went there today around 12:17pm. The woman working at the time did not even acknowledge us. My grandpa was standing there waiting to ask her a question while she was standing there on the phone, finally my grandpa found the item he needed but with no help from the associate. My grandpa was also wanting to buy a cigar and she didn't even put down the phone to talk with him, she just pointed to the cigar case. She rang him up, without even saying a word and didn't even tell us thank you or have a good day. This was our first time coming in and I would much rather drive to Cedar Park next time because the customer service we received here was just horrible.
