what a joke. really sad that it's come to this...the two 'brothas' working there talk like they have sh*t in their mouths and wouldn't know what common courtesy is if it knocked them upside the head.

Terrible! What a cluster *****! We rented a truck because our broke down and got ten miles down the road and their truck broke down!! Instead of helping us out they made us call their roadside assistance which took two hours! They ended up towing the truck and had nothing to replace it so we were stuck back in the same spot - minus the over $300.00 they charged! And when we asked for a refund they told us they would send a check. WTH!!!! It's a week later and we are still waiting on our refund check. They need to have their license pulled. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

i will never rent a unit or truck from them again i always get the run around for everything. i got over charged twice and unable to access my unit several times

it easy cheap and very professional, all my questions were answered promtly..very courtious to me and my family..
