In Shaklee's 57 year history, NONE of their products have ever contained synthetic nutrients, artificial colors or sweetening agents, questionable stabilizers, or preservatives. They've also NEVER contained heavy residues. They've NEVER contained heavy metal or chemical contaminants of any sort. Raw Materials: Before accepting any new supplier as "Shaklee-approved", each vendor must pass 60 different quality checkpoints for every raw material they may supply. Extensive testing is then performed on multiple lots of that ingredient, before it is ever accepted. Quality Control: Safety is paramount at Shaklee and our standards are unsurpassed. We conduct up to 350 tests on every new ingredient for harmful contaminants, and we perform over 100,000 quality tests a year to ensure the greatest purity and potency.
