They came out on the date that was promised to fix my dishwasher. I was impressed at how much care was taken not to damage my wooden floors while repairing. I have had no issue with my appliance since and recommend them to all my friends!

I called Lowe's to schedule an appointment for my dryer, they called me from the office to verify when they could come, service man called before he came out on the day of, and determined I needed a part to fix my dryer, when they got the part they called me and we found a day they could come and I could be home, the service man called again before he came and repaired it, they were very polite through the entire process and my dryer works just like new

Horrible customer service, do not use them!! I was assigned this company through a warranty. I was scheduled to have an appointment on Monday and they called to confirm Friday at 2:30 pm. I didn't get back to them till 5:30 and left a message with the answering service to confirm. Well they were supposed to be there b/w 8 & 12 Monday and when my husband called at 11:45 to see where they were the lady was nasty and said they would be there if they said they would. Well I called again at 1 and they then told me we had been bumped to Tuesday because I didn't confirm in time (maybe start your confirmations in the morning so people working have time to respond). Anyway Tuesday came and I called in the morning just to confirm (AGAIN) that we still had an appointment. We were then told we were bumped to Monday because they were overbooked. I complained about not getting a phone call and how we would have been sitting around all day again if I hadn't called. She said she figured Mrs. Romero had called since she was the one who bumped us, but no call. I called the warranty company and ask to be reassigned and got assigned to Mitch Romero. They were extremely professional and got the issue solve without any complaints.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Service! Called for service thru AIG which in turn called Romeros and they finally came out and took pics of our extended warranty and pics of broken fridge parts. Said they would be back as soon as parts in.
Called for abc 9/26/16... to date still not fixed and we keep getting the run around from Beverly Romero the owners wife I think. She is rude rude rude woman. They lie lie lie about they have ordered but AIG SAYS THEY SHOW NO PARTS ORDERED. How the heck they run a business is beyond me! I will be contacting BBB, attorney general office and Federal Trade Commission. I still don't have an ice maker, since September. I will have to break down and call another repair service and pray AIG PAYS FOR it!

Beverly Romero is a rude rude woman. This place does not honor warranty claims after saying they do and making you wait weeks. Romero's was assigned to me by Lowes to diagnose a broken washing machine purchased from Lowes, still under warranty. Mr. Romero came out promptly to diagnose the problem and was very professional and super cordial. Within a few day, I had a brief phone conversation with the receptionist, as well as with Mrs. Romero, both of them being somewhat being impatient and unfriendly. I have since tried calling their office multiple times to make an appointment for repair, but have either not gotten an answer at all or have had to leave voice messages (3 messages on 4 different days), but nobody has called me back. After a week of trying, I have decided to find another local repair service and won't be recommending this company to others.

The worst service ever. Someone came out to my house on January 8th he said he had to order a part for my washer. After a week and a half I called Romeros Appliance n spoke to da secretary if u want to call her that she was suppose to talk to Ms Romero about my part that she couldn't seem to located. No call back I made several calls n on one occasion she left me on hold for 32 minutes. I call ed back da following day she left me on hold for 17 minutes. Today is February 13 n my washer is still not fixed. I'm currently renting one. They r unprofessional n very dishonest. Please don't use this company unless u have extra time to deal with there crap.

Awful, awful, awful. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I wish there was a way to give zero stars. Took months and a bunch of our money to finally and very rudely tell us that there was nothing they could do to fix our refrigerator. Would not give the money back. I called a different company to fix the fridge, but I had to pay both companies for the repair. What's worse is that the people are incredibly rude. This wasn't some low level person with a bad attitude. This was the owner, Beverly Romero, who lied over and over again about the work her company had done. She's an old lady, and I think she probably confused us with other customers, but there is no excuse for the disrespect we were shown. Could not have been a worse experience and I will never use them again.

These people are not in the service business and are not competent to be running any type of business. They are never available and the answering service will take your number, but they NEVER call back. They have now been reported to Lowes and will likely no longer be allowed to do work for them any more. The elderly woman who works here need to pull the stick out of her A$$. I have a warranty with my washer that was purchased for Lowes and the sent this company. It took a week for the part to come in and then the old lady called yesterday to let me know that they will come today to fix it. I asked what time and she was snobbish and said that the repair guy will call me in the morning. Well, this morning I didn't get a call but for some reason my mother did. They left a message in her voicemail so she called back. They explained that they were on the way to her home. She explained that they were going to the wrong house and that the washer was at my home and that she would let me know. My mom called told me that they were on their way over and that they will be calling me. A couple hours later no one came by or called so I called them and they had no clue I was. They were very very very rude for no reason. I have no idea what is up with this company but needless to say warranty or not. I will not allow these people to my home. I don't want their negative vibe near me. I called their competitors instead. MITCH ROMEROS will be coming out to my home very soon and I will recommend them to anyone and let everyone know not to go to ROMEROS. THEY SUCK.

This was the worst experience that I could possibly have with an appliance repair service! Herold, the service tech hung up on my husband after not answering my calls for 45 minutes. Ms Romero later called and was completely rude, unprofessional, and not willing to have any solutions just arguments!

Accepted no responsibility and just argued!

Worst customer service experience I've ever encountered and all we wanted was our dishwasher fixed!

Save yourself the headache and go with a reputable company!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We were promised a part for our refrigerator in 3 days, but it ended up taking 2 weeks. We even had to call and remind them to get them back out here. That meant going through Thanksgiving with no refrigerator! When I called to complain, they would never return my calls. Finally, after calling from a different number, they answered my call. When I spoke with Ms. Romero to see if we could negotiate a price for bad customer service, she staunchly refused, stating that they had to charge their customers for the price plus their mark-up and that was the end of that. BAD customer service. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

This place came over and fixed our refrigerator quickly. I explained over the phone what the problem was and that was enough for them to guess the problem and bring all the necessary parts. They fixed it on the first visit and offered great service to boot!
