I recently relocated to Lafayette, and needed a home owners quote. Not knowing anyone here to recommend an agency, I found a few on YP.com, Roane Insurance included. In all honesty, I wasn’t so sure about Roane because I’ve never heard of them, so I called them last. I called 5 agencies for a quote, they took my number and said they would call back, only one did. With the first 5 agencies I didn’t get the impression they cared, but I didn’t think much of it, what does it matter, I’m just buying insurance.



Then I called Roane and spoke to Ripley and Phillip, these guys are great “very real” and “down to earth”. I felt like I’ve known him for years. Not only that, they went the extra to make sure I had all the coverage I was looking for at the best rate. I’ve been dealing with Roane for almost 2 years now and they continue to impress me with their quality of service.



I highly recommend you give them a call, but call them last and you will see the difference for yourself.

This Insurance Agency is fantastic, they're always able to find the cheapest, most affordable insurance rates.

I have been going though Roane Insurance for several years. I have had no trouble of any kind dealing with them. They have been quite helpful when i had an issue to resolve.
