I went to Petry Family Denistry in January 2015 to have some work done. I was pleased with the atmosphere and even referred my sister to them. I was also impressed with the payment plan, which they were to draft money out of my account every month. I was also assured that I would NOT have to pay finance charges. As months went on, everything was fine. I was making payments. Well, later I find out that the office were not receiving my payments and I think I am to blame for that. I gave them my updated card information to begin drafting from my account again. Well, I received a letter in the mail yesterday saying my account went to collections and included a statement w finance charges from October 2015 to now---remember my work was done in January 2015. I called the office and spoke to Amy who could not explain anything but the fact that my account had been turned over. I'm very agitated, I feel ripped off, and its unfair. I don't go places asking for services with the intention of not paying. This business office needs training on QuickBooks, AP/AR, and customer service asap. Because they lack organization and Accounting skills, I'm stuck with additional Attorney fees....not to mention the finance charges that I was initially told I would not have to pay. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The staff at Petry Family Dentistry, whether it's the dentists or those at the front desk, have been most helpful & very professional.

I love coming to Petry Family Dentistry because I know that I am in good hands. Dr. Petry is extremely compassionate and really cares about his patients.
