Loved living here. I lived here for several years, and never had an issue. Whenever stuff would break or go out, maintenance was really quick to take care of it. Ac stopped one night, and maintenance even came out at night to take care of it. The office staff is really nice. They are always doing giveaways and throwing resident events. I especially love the big crawfish boils and bbq's. Although this is not the newest place on the block, We are so glad we chose this place over the others!!

I lived at Peppertree for 6 months. While I was there, nothing ever got fixed. i complained about broken air conditioner, wild animals lurking in my stairway at night and about wierd smells in the building. to make a long story short, when I left Peppertree, my apartment needed the same maintenance it needed when i moved in. Not worth the 950/ month i was paying. would advise my worst enemy to live there----- well maybe i would recommend to my worst enemy... just not anyone else.

I moved into Peppertree, and from day 1 I had problems with my air conditioning unit. I spent my first 3 weeks complaining to the office and to Maintenance that my air conditioner was broken. Every day they promised me that it would be fixed, and everyday i came home to a HOT apartment--- this was in the middle of the summer by the way. Every time maintenance came in to "fix" my air conditioner, they left it running all day, even though it only blew hot air. In addition to being completely miserable for those three weeks, my electric bill was ridiculous!! All the property manager gave us was a 100 dollar discount for our "inconvenience." My air conditioner still does not work that well, but they don't seem to care. At night, there are wild racoons in the stairways. We have complained about them, but nothing has been done. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE MODEL APARTMENT, YOUR APARTMENT WON'T BE ANYTHING LIKE THAT!!!!
